【1】水は入浴前に飲む
入浴前にコップ1杯、入浴中は500mlのペットボトル1本、入浴後もコップ1杯の水を飲むのが理想。常温か白湯が◎。

【2】体温にも近いぬるま湯に
37~39℃の体温に近いお湯のほうが発汗しやすい。湯船には10~30分、トータルでも30分~1時間はいるとよい。

【3】上がるときは冷水を
わき、股間、背中、ひざの裏部分が、エネルギーを燃やす褐色脂肪細胞の多い箇所。心臓に遠い部分から少しずつ冷水をかけて。

【4】1時間以内に寝る
どんなにリラックスしても、入浴後2時間も3時間も起きていたらNG。1時間以内にはベッドにはいるようにしよう。
